STARTING AT $3000 6 hours of Wedding Coverage 1 Photographer Engagement Session Custom online Gallery with Digital Download of High-Resolution Images Travel is not included in this package price. Please contact for more info. ✦ Secondary Photographer is an additional Fee. Travel extra for second shooter. Please note: certain locations or venues require special permits. Fees may be extra if the photographer is asked to purchase permits. ✧HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK? I’ll send you an invoice for payment with a required $500 non-refundable retainer upfront to book. The final payment is due 1 week before your wedding. If you would like to make payments over a few months please let me know. ✧WHAT’S YOUR TURNAROUND TIME? I require approximately 3-5 weeks to edit to make sure nothing is missed or rushed. I don’t always do sneak peeks, please let me know if that’s important to you! ✧WILL YOU POST MY PHOTOS ON SOCIAL MEDIA? If it’s okay with you I’d love to! If I haven’t posted a photo from your wedding it’s nothing against your day. I’ll send you a photo release form when you get your gallery so you can let me know if you are okay with images being posted.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy: A $100 nonrefundable retainer is required to confirm your booking. This will be credited toward your session fee. The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before your scheduled session. Payments can be made via e-transfer to sterling.photography@outlook.com. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the session to avoid a full session fee charge. If you cancel within 7 days of the session, you will be charged the full session price as liquidated damages. Rescheduling is possible with a minimum of 5 hours' notice before your session. If you choose to reschedule, the nonrefundable retainer will be forfeited, but any additional payments made will be credited to a new session date. A new retainer may be required, depending on availability and timing. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may compromise your session time, and we cannot extend the session beyond the scheduled end time. The session fee will not be refunded. Session Terms: The Photographer has artistic discretion over all images and editing. While specific poses or shots are welcome, no guarantees can be made. All final images will be delivered via a private online gallery. The Photographer will retain all copyrights for the images. Image storage is the client’s responsibility. The Photographer is not liable for the loss or damage of images after delivery. All sessions are subject to availability.
