Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session date. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received. Payments can be made via e-transfer to sterling.photography@outlook.com. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Rescheduling is possible with a minimum of 5 hours' notice before your session. If you choose to reschedule, the nonrefundable retainer will be forfeited, but any additional payments made will be credited to a new session date. A new retainer may be required, depending on availability and timing. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may compromise your session time, and we cannot extend the session beyond the scheduled end time. The session fee will not be refunded. Session Terms: The Photographer has artistic discretion over all images and editing. While specific poses or shots are welcome, no guarantees can be made. All final images will be delivered via a private online gallery. The Photographer will retain all copyrights for the images. Image storage is the client’s responsibility. The Photographer is not liable for the loss or damage of images after delivery. All sessions are subject to availability.
