Service Description
1 hours of photography Pricing is based on a family/group/pets of 6. Custom online photo gallery with high-resolution digital downloads. Multiple Outfit Changes of your choice within session time. 📍 Travel is included for locations within 60 km of Onoway, AB. Sessions outside this radius are always welcome — a small travel fee may apply. This package includes a variety of portraits and candid moments that capture your family and pet in full, perfect for sharing with loved ones. *A $100 nonrefundable retainer must be received to confirm all bookings. The retainer will be credited towards your session. Please provide 72 hours notice to avoid forfeiting your retainer if you must reschedule your booking. Cancelled bookings will forfeit the retainer (some exceptions do apply). All sessions are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy: A $100 nonrefundable retainer is required to confirm your booking. This will be credited toward your session fee. The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before your scheduled session. Payments can be made via e-transfer to sterling.photography@outlook.com. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the session to avoid a full session fee charge. If you cancel within 7 days of the session, you will be charged the full session price as liquidated damages. Rescheduling is possible with a minimum of 5 hours' notice before your session. If you choose to reschedule, the nonrefundable retainer will be forfeited, but any additional payments made will be credited to a new session date. A new retainer may be required, depending on availability and timing. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may compromise your session time, and we cannot extend the session beyond the scheduled end time. The session fee will not be refunded. Session Terms: The Photographer has artistic discretion over all images and editing. While specific poses or shots are welcome, no guarantees can be made. All final images will be delivered via a private online gallery. The Photographer will retain all copyrights for the images. Image storage is the client’s responsibility. The Photographer is not liable for the loss or damage of images after delivery. All sessions are subject to availability.
