Join Sterling Photography & Marketing for a creative portfolio-building experience celebrating the beauty, simplicity, and connection found in rural Alberta living. This styled shoot will take place on a private acreage near Onoway and will feature a blend of editorial storytelling and timeless portraiture. The goal is to create authentic imagery that reflects country life, western influences, and genuine connection while building content for future marketing and educational purposes. Whether you're applying as an individual or a couple, I'm looking for people who are comfortable in front of the camera and excited to help bring this vision to life. SESSION DETAILS 📍 Private Acreage Near Onoway, Alberta 📅 Select Dates Available 🕗 8:00 PM ⏱ Approximately 45–60 Minutes THE VISION Think: • Rural Alberta living • Editorial storytelling • Western-inspired style • Authentic connection • Golden hour light • Lifestyle portraiture • Timeless imagery This session will focus on creating images that feel natural, elevated, and magazine-worthy while staying true to the beauty of rural life. LOCATIONS Images may be created throughout the property, including: • Tree-lined settings • Open grassy areas • Barn exterior • Inside the barn • Tack room • Rustic acreage elements WHO CAN APPLY ✔ Individuals ✔ Couples ✔ Ages 18+ ✔ Comfortable being photographed ✔ Open to creative direction No previous modeling experience is required. WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE ✔ Complimentary model session ✔ Professionally edited digital images ✔ Online gallery delivery ✔ A unique creative experience ✔ Opportunity to be featured on Sterling Photography & Marketing's website, social media, and advertising materials WHAT TO BRING To help create a variety of images throughout the session, participants are encouraged to bring multiple outfit options. Clothing ✔ 2–4 outfit options ✔ Neutral, earthy, western-inspired, or timeless tones ✔ Denim, dresses, boots, hats, layers, and textured fabrics photograph beautifully ✔ Couples should coordinate colors rather than match exactly ✔ Avoid large logos, graphics, neon colors, and busy patterns Footwear ✔ Comfortable walking footwear ✔ Boots are encouraged and photograph well in rural settings ✔ Clean footwear for photos if desired Please note that some locations may include grass, gravel, uneven ground, and barn areas. Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session date. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received. Payments can be made via e-transfer to sterling.photography@outlook.com. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Rescheduling is possible with a minimum of 5 hours' notice before your session. If you choose to reschedule, the nonrefundable retainer will be forfeited, but any additional payments made will be credited to a new session date. A new retainer may be required, depending on availability and timing. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may compromise your session time, and we cannot extend the session beyond the scheduled end time. The session fee will not be refunded. Session Terms: The Photographer has artistic discretion over all images and editing. While specific poses or shots are welcome, no guarantees can be made. All final images will be delivered via a private online gallery. The Photographer will retain all copyrights for the images. Image storage is the client’s responsibility. The Photographer is not liable for the loss or damage of images after delivery. All sessions are subject to availability.
