Service Description
To all the graduates of the Class of 2025, congratulations! ✧✧✧ Please Keep in Mind ✧✧✧ Senior Sessions DO NOT include family portraits, but I can add a mini session for your immediate family (up to 6 participants including pets) to have portraits taken together. This includes 5 extra portraits with family members for an extra $150. *When booking please check off which package you'd like. This session includes: Up to 60 minutes of shooting 15 edited digital photos Personal online gallery with 1-year expiry 1-3 Outfit changes *Travel not included for out-of-studio shoots. Please contact for more details. *A $100 retainer must be received to confirm all bookings. The retainer will be credited towards your session.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy: A $100 nonrefundable retainer is required to confirm your booking. This will be credited toward your session fee. The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before your scheduled session. Payments can be made via e-transfer to sterling.photography@outlook.com. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the session to avoid a full session fee charge. If you cancel within 7 days of the session, you will be charged the full session price as liquidated damages. Rescheduling is possible with a minimum of 5 hours' notice before your session. If you choose to reschedule, the nonrefundable retainer will be forfeited, but any additional payments made will be credited to a new session date. A new retainer may be required, depending on availability and timing. Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may compromise your session time, and we cannot extend the session beyond the scheduled end time. The session fee will not be refunded. Session Terms: The Photographer has artistic discretion over all images and editing. While specific poses or shots are welcome, no guarantees can be made. All final images will be delivered via a private online gallery. The Photographer will retain all copyrights for the images. Image storage is the client’s responsibility. The Photographer is not liable for the loss or damage of images after delivery. All sessions are subject to availability.
