3. Usage Rights
The model grants the photographer full rights to use the images for any marketing or promotional purposes. This includes but is not limited to use on websites, printed materials, advertising, social media, and photography competitions. The model will not receive compensation for the use of these images beyond the agreed-upon session and image package.
4. Model Release
The model (or parent/guardian) consents to being photographed and gives full permission for the use of their likeness. The photographer retains copyright to all images and is not obligated to deliver every image taken during the session.
5. Delivery & Selection
The photographer will deliver the final edited images within 4 weeks. The number of images delivered will be limited to what is outlined in this agreement. Additional images (if available) may be purchased at an additional cost.
6. No-Show / Cancellation
If the model cancels without rescheduling or fails to show up to the session, this agreement becomes void. If rescheduling is needed, 24 hours' notice must be given.
7. Liability
The photographer is not responsible for injuries sustained during the session. Every effort will be made to ensure safety, and the model agrees to hold the photographer harmless from any claims.
8. Agreement
By signing this contract, both parties agree to the terms above. The model confirms that they are over 18 years old or have parental consent to participate.
